We have listened to the needs of those who work remotely by adding a workspace with a table and computer monitor, complete with cables. Working in Tortoreto, with the sea as a backdrop, is an experience that inspires creativity and new ideas, making it an ideal destination all year round.
From May to early October, we also offer beach service, which includes two adjacent umbrellas, one of which is in the front row in the reserved area, with three sunbeds for each umbrella. The beach establishment, one of the most historic in Tortoreto, is just a two-minute walk from the apartment. There is also a green area with playground equipment for children.
In the apartment La terrazza sul mare, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a children's play area in the living room, air conditioning (2), heating, HD TV, mosquito nets, and double glazing. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and basic supplies like salt, sugar, and coffee.
The two bathrooms, recently renovated and designed for water conservation, are equipped with hand and body soap dispensers, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.
La terrazza sul mare is located on the second floor of a two-story building, with an area at the entrance for bicycle parking.
